Chi lovers! We're on the lookout for a Full Time Venue Manager to lead the way at our much loved Malvern venue! This is the spot where families, locals, and community come together! It’s a beautiful blend of fast-paced fun and genuine connection, and we need a leader who can match that energy. What you’ll be doing:
Lead from the front and deliver exceptional customer service.
Manage day to day operations including labour, P&L and cost controls.
Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and store presentation standards are always met.
Oversee stock and inventory management.
Train, coach and motivate high performing, engaged team.
Champion a positive, inclusive and values led culture.
Who we’re looking for:
Experienced leaders in retail or hospitality (QSR preferred!).
Proven success working with KPIs, labour budgets, and financials
Confident managing the numbers and understanding what drives performance.
Strong communicators who builds connected, high performing teams.
A driven professional who leads by example and thrives in a fast paced environment.
A problem-solver with a proactive, positive mindset.
Organised, adaptable, and always looking to improve.
A driven leader, committed to continuous growth.
