Job Description For Graphic Designer

• At Mamaearth, we are searching for a Senior Graphic Designer with significant experience in designing creatives for digital media like social media creatives, e-mailers, website banners, Facebook campaigns promotions and sales. You should be able to bring the brand to life on various platforms both digital and traditional - with special focus on online, along with a good hold on motion graphics.
• With (2-4) years of experience working at a creative agency or at a brand, you will be part of the creative team at India's fastest growing and much-loved personal care company. You will be responsible for not only ensuring that creatives are of superior quality but also infusing communication with new ideas.
Key Responsibilities
• Excellent understanding of brand codes and visual language
• Researching concepts, designs, reference material, and similar work.
• Creative planning and designing all digital requirements like banners, e-mailers, landing pages, social media creatives, animated creatives etc.
• Reviewing and proofreading designs to ensure that copy, layout, and dimensions are correct and also in sync with brand language and tonality.
• Guiding and mentoring junior designers and also working with them in close coordination
• Managing the timelines and workflow of design projects
• Maintaining the brand's consistency across all platforms
• Keeping up to date with the latest design trends, techniques, and industry standards
• Cross-functional communication with website, marketing and e-commerce teams to ensure creative synergies
Skills Required
• A strong portfolio of design work.
• Proficiency in design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects
• The ability to manage multiple design projects at one time
• Fantastic at communication and presentation and thinking new ideas
• Experience in 3D based tools would be an advantage
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree and command over relevant design software
• Experience with an advertising agency, digital/mainline agency or brand's internal design team
• 2+ years of relevant experience
• Along with digital, we also work on offline platforms extensively, so an experience in print / offline designs is a definite plus
