We are seeking a proactive and organized Lead & Appointment Coordinator to manage our inbound leads, schedule appointments, and handle Zoom-based client interactions. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of social media platforms like Instagram and Facebook.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage Leads

Track, follow up, and maintain records of incoming leads from various sources.

Book Appointments

Schedule meetings or appointments for qualified leads with the appropriate team members.

Social Media Lead Management

Monitor, respond to, and organize leads received through Instagram and Facebook DMs, comments, and ads.

Zoom Handling

Set up and manage Zoom meetings for consultations, follow-ups, and internal coordination.

Skills & Qualifications:

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable using Instagram, Facebook, and Zoom professionally

Basic understanding of lead management tools or CRM software (preferred)

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask

Ability to work independently and in a team

Job Types: Fresher, Internship

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From ₹7,000.00 per month
