Ambit Asset Finance is a configurable, end-to-end leasing and financing process management solution. It supports all asset types and multinational operations, helping to eliminate dependency on disparate legacy systems for increased operational efficiency and reduced total cost of ownership.
The Ambit Asset Finance Support team is a global team of highly experienced consultants working collaboratively to support multinational banks and asset leasing organizations in many countries.

What you will be doing
As a Configuration Management Consultant, you will be the face of FIS and will utilize your communication skills to build strong and lasting relationships with clients.
Your daily work will involve assisting the Ambit Asset Finance client CNHi-India with configuring AF static data, workflows, rates, and business rules. You will use your problem-solving skills to replicate and analyze issues and provide guidance on client impact and potential solutions. You will also analyze current business processes and work practices to fulfill new client requests.
Key responsibilities
Work or consult with FIS AF clients.
Configure static data, workflows, rates, and business rules for FIS application.
Provide technical guidance to clients on the business implications of various systems.
Assess client needs and configure and set up systems to satisfy them.
Oversee and participate in data take-on, conversion, and reconciliation.
Ensure FIS AF process satisfies the entire contract lifecycle.
Manage project and client issues to resolution.
Communicate with all levels of organization and deliver news and plans in a way that ensures client support.
Provide second-level support.
Train client's staff and build relationships.
Skills
Good communication skills
Experience in writing queries in MS SQL
Knowledge of web-based applications, webservices, and APIs
Proficient in creating client-specific plugins
Basic knowledge of loans, leasing, lending, or accounting
Added bonus if you have:
Programming language C# and .NET framework
Understanding of DB mapping of reports/document fields and knowledge of Crystal software
Knowledge of FIS product Asset Finance
Knowledge of webserver IIS
Experience with any Business Logic Design tools
