Qualification & experience
Graduate
Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience
Strong understanding of accounting
Well versed with SAP accounting ERP
Must have good hands-on experience on Microsoft Excel/PPT
Requires a proactive approach and verbal / written communication.
Should have strong interpersonal skill to interact with Management, Stakeholder, and peers effectively.
Ability to communicate and document Problems, resolutions, and action plans.
Mandatory Requirement
Weekend (Saturday & Sunday) compulsory working
Six Day working
Key responsibilities
Recording day to day accounting transactions.
Advance / Payable Entries
Prepare debtor/creditor/bank reconciliation
Coordination with client for missing /incomplete information on a routine basis
Follow-up with banks for query resolution/ transaction confirmation
Indulge in bank account opening/ closing
Bank GL maintenance
Routine book entries in accounting package after verifying the applicability of TDS and GST.
Understanding of Income and expenses
