Job Description
1. Project Management:
Coordinate and manage multiple research projects simultaneously, ensuring efficient
execution and timely completion.
Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitor project progress to ensure
adherence to established goals.
Identify potential risks or obstacles and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful
project delivery.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including research analysts, content creators, and
subject matter experts, to gather project requirements and ensure alignment.
2. Research Content Development:
Lead the development of research content for international projects, ensuring accuracy,
relevancy, and adherence to project objectives.
Conduct thorough research using reliable sources, such as industry reports, market
trends, and academic publications, to gather data and insights. Analyze research findings and synthesize information into concise and engaging content
formats, including reports, presentations, and whitepapers.
Collaborate with the content team to review and refine research content, ensuring high
quality deliverables.
3. Team Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including research analysts, content creators,
graphic designers, and data analysts, to ensure seamless project execution.
Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting knowledge sharing,
best practices, and continuous improvement.
Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring their understanding of project
requirements and objectives.
Qualifications and skills
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related
discipline). A master's degree is a plus.
Proven experience in project management, preferably in a research-oriented or
consulting environment.
Strong understanding of research methodologies, data analysis, and content
development processes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex
information in a clear and concise manner.
Proficiency in using research tools and platforms, as well as Microsoft Office Suite (Word,
Excel, PowerPoint).
Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and
manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, fostering positive working
relationships.
