Provide support and maintenance to existing MIS system
Generate and distribute management report in an accurate and timely manner
Develop MIS documentation to allow smooth operation and easy system maintenance
Provide recommendation to update current MIS to improve reporting efficiency and consistency
Performing data analysis for generating reports periodically
Developing MIS system for customer management and internal communication
Provide strong reporting and analytical information support to the management team
Generate both periodic and ad hoc reports as needed
Generate timely and accurate reports for Business analysis.
Must have experience to work on brand analysis for E-Com platforms like Amazon, Nykaa, Company
website
Good Team player and result-oriented person. Excellent analytical skills that help identify
problems and seek solutions promptly.
Proficiently performing and excelling under demanding work conditions, well versed in finalization
of MI S Analysis
Handling all the Planning reports like sale Report, Dispatch report, Return Report from E-COM
Platforms, Inventory report, Stock cover, Base fill report, Healthy broken report, GRN Report,
Bestseller of the month and best vendor of the month.
Preparation & Presentation of Monthly P&L report (MIS) at Product level and company level as well
Knowledge of website tools and online platforms tools to extract the data.
Has to prepare the sales, purchase and stock reports in excel. Can work on multiple reports at a
time.
Assist with business planning and performance management
Data analysis & interpretation – providing key inputs to the sales team
Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role
1. High level of drive, initiative and self-motivation.
2. 4-5 years of experience in data analysis, MIS/dashboard creation
3. Good in data interpretation & analysis
4. Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets is a must - should be able to work on large data
sets, identify the trends and create actionable for the sales, Marketing and E-com Team .
5. Good verbal and written communication skills.
