Job Description
MIS Executive Responsibilities: • Report on operational metrics, conduct data and business analysis, and present summary of findings to management in a clear, concise, convincing, and actionable format • Generate and distribute management reports in accurate and timely manner • Develop MIS system for customer management and internal communication • Provide recommendations to update current MIS to improve reporting efficiency and consistency • Maintain thorough understanding of data and information resources Qualifications: • Bachelors degree required; Master’s degree is an advantage • Strong ability to analyze raw data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously • Ability to communicate with people of various technical and business backgrounds • 1-3 years of experience in the BPO industry is required CTC: 3.5 LPA
