Job Profile - MIS
Location - Mumbai
Responsibilities
● Planning, monitoring, analyzing, and troubleshooting IT frameworks.
● Oversee the availability and security of company computer systems
● Recommend system-wise changes when appropriate
● Analyzing existing tasks, conventions, and processes, and making arrangements for development.
● Looking after, overseeing, and refreshing working systems.
● Create efficient automation to repeat task of other employees of the company
● Create and update various MIS dashboards for all areas of the company
● Ability to work on data and generate various types of reports/ad-hoc reports
● Ability to handle high-level data analysis and reports
Qualifications
● Preference for a Certification course in MIS or a related field
● Having a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar position requires Good communication and strong computer skills including Google suites automation like Checklist, Delegations, Flow charts, SMS, E-Mail, Whatsapp message, databases througAppscripts and formulation, Excel, VBA, Dashboards, etc.
● Expertise in Google App scripts, Google AppSheet, system development, Google Forms, etc.
● Should have excellent command over formulas like query, arrays, lookup, index-match, filter, importance, nested formulas based on multidimensional conditions, etc.
● Good communication skills. Proficiency in coding is an asset
● Work Timing: +.30 am-6 pm for 6 days.
● Strong learning ability
