Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for publishing process reports at Daily Weekly & monthly frequency
• Manage MIS Documentation and SOP to ensure business continuity; Good in VBA to design macros to automate daily task
• Create, support and maintain MIS Data warehousing.
• Generate and publish reports dashboards accurately as per specifications and within TAT
• Provide meaningful insights; Have 2-4 year job knowledge about excel, access and SQL
• Re-evaluate the clients reporting requirements and enhance effectiveness of dashboards/reports
• Taking care of all customer requests on various adhoc reports
• Working on business reviews
• Headcount Reconciliation and maintaining updated headcount list, SAP Validation
• Handling all queries related to ID Management
• Stack preparation on a weekly and monthly basis; Prepare SOP & documentations and specifications
• Help write and optimize in-application SQL statements
CRITICAL SKILLS REQUIRED
• Good verbal & written communication & presentation skills needed
• Excellent Interpersonal skills with out of the box problem solving approach
• Ability to handle demanding working environment and work under pressure
• Ability to maintain focus while working with voluminous data
• Effective Organizational and time management skills
• Should have understanding of data, data analytics data mining processes
• Knowledge of Google Suite, SQL, Tableau and Power BI
Requirements:
• Minimum 3-5 year of experience working on data
• Process Approach and comprehension of customer requirements
• • Mature individual with ability to work & communicate with people across production floor
• • Ability to think analytically
• • Good interpersonal skills
• • Internal and External Stakeholder Management skills
• • Good product knowledge supported with excellent communications & presentation skills
• • Strong understanding of Google apps (sheets, slides, docs) and MS Office tools (Word, Powerpoint, Excel)
• • Ability to coach and mentor agents
• • Complex problem solving and critical thinking
• Willing to work in 24/7 shift in Chennai location.
