Roles and Responsibilities:
• Governance of trade facing investments and sales spend budget tracking
• Liasioning with agencies (manpower, trade marketing, SFA) at operational level,
• Maintenance of Masters to ensure data hygiene
• Ensuring coordination between Sales and cross functional teams (Supply Chain, Finance) on
• operational excellence.
• Master Management (SAP Liasion/SFA/Manual)
• Distributor Appointment Process
• Retailer Enrolment Process
• Team Hierarchy Management
• Performance Management
• Target setting & validation for Retailers, BAs, Field Force
• Daily tracking of KPIs
• Incentive calculation wherever applicable
• MIS & Reporting
• Bottom Up Forecast aggregation
• Inventory
• POSM, Sales Enablers
• Stock & Sales Reporting
• 3P Manpower Attendance & Salary Disbursement
• Basic Analyses of Sales Trends & Spend Efficiency
• Payout Management & Governance
• Distributors - Additional Margins
• Retailers - Additional Margins, Visibility, Performance Linked Payouts
• Distributor Claim Tracking
• Team - Incentives, Contests
• Operational Excellence
• Cross-functional coordination between Field Sales, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance & Training teams on key workflows.
• Coordination with agencies on 3P hiring, POSM, Sales Tech
