EXPECTED PACKAGE: INR 18,000 - 20,000 CTC monthly
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Data Research and Entry Specialist. The primary responsibility of this role is to conduct research using online tools and enter relevant data into our systems. Proficiency in online Google Sheets and web surfing is essential for this position. The successful candidate will be responsible for researching business opportunities, maintaining records, communicating with potential clients, assisting sales representatives with data requests, and ensuring the confidentiality of office documents.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Conduct daily research using online tools to identify new business opportunities.
• Record and maintain data accurately in online Google Sheets or other designated databases.
• Proactively approach newly found potential clients through various communication channels like emails and social media applications.
• Collaborate with sales representatives(UK and AUS) and provide them with the appropriate data whenever required.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and communicate effectively in English.
• Prepare office documents, including reports, presentations, and spreadsheets, ensuring confidentiality and data security.
• Ensure proper use of office equipment and address any malfunctions
COMPETENCIES:
• Proven experience in data research and entry, preferably in a similar role.
• Proficiency in using online Google Sheets and web surfing techniques.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools is a plus.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
• Strong computer skills, including MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
