Responsibilities:
Primary Sales Oversight:
Monitor and analyse primary sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
Implement strategies to optimize primary sales processes and drive revenue growth.
Secondary Sales Data Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of secondary sales data.
Develop and implement processes to improve the accuracy and reliability of secondary sales data.
Online Reporting:
Generate and present comprehensive online reports to provide key insights into sales performance and market trends.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and tailor reports accordingly.
SAP Utilization:
Leverage SAP systems for effective data management, reporting, and analysis.
Ensure the integration of sales-related data within SAP to enhance overall business intelligence.
Coordination with Sales and Operations:
Collaborate with the sales team to understand their data needs and provide timely support.
Work closely with operations and other relevant teams to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
Sales Force Effectiveness:
Implement strategies to enhance the effectiveness of the sales force.
Identify areas for improvement in sales processes and recommend solutions for increased efficiency.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
· Proven experience in MIS, sales analytics, or a similar role.
· Proficiency in using SAP or similar ERP systems.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
· Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and integrity.
