Management Information System Executive

Are you detail-oriented, organized, and skilled in managing data? House of Armuse is looking for a MIS/Data Entry Operator to join our team at our Jaipur retail store. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our sales and inventory data management processes.Key Responsibilities:1. Sales Data Management:- Accurately record daily sales transactions.- Update and maintain sales records in the ERP system.2. Inventory Management:- Handle barcoding and global counting of products.- Assist in stock audits and reconciling inventory data.3. Data Entry:- Ensure timely and error-free data entry into the customer ERP system.- Maintain organized records of customer and product information.4. Billing:- Generate bills and invoices using the custom billing system.5. Payment Processing:- Update payments made by clients in the ERP system.- Verify payments with the finance team for accuracy.6. Weekly Audit:- Conduct weekly audits of manual order forms for accuracy and completeness.- Report any discrepancies to the management.Qualifications:- Previous experience in data entry or MIS role is preferred.- Proficiency in using MS Office, especially Excel.- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.- Good organizational and time-management skills.- Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.- Ability to work efficiently and independently.Working Environment:- Monday to Saturday work schedule with Sundays off.- You will be working at our Jaipur retail store, ensuring that all data management processes run smoothly.If you have a passion for data accuracy and organization, and you're ready to contribute to the success of House of Armuse, we'd love to hear from you.
