India has a large sweet tooth; however, consumers are moving towards permissible indulgences' and wish to strike a balance between health and desserts, especially after COVID-1+.
• NOTO was launched in 201+ with a vision to provide customers with healthy, low-calorie desserts which can be binged on while ensuring zero compromises on the taste and texture of the dessert.

Work Location : HO– Sion
Mandatory Points to apply:-
• You should be open to work in rotational shifts, 10:30am - 7:30 pm / 2:30 pm – 1:00 am
• You should be open to have week offs other than Sunday

What are we broadly expecting :-
The MIS Executive plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of the company processes and the availability of accurate data for decision-making. This position involves managing, analyzing, and optimizing various operational activities and systems to enhance productivity and streamline business operations.
Job Role and KRA :-
• Data Management and Analysis:
-Collect, compile, and maintain data related to various aspects of the organization's operations (i.e Closing Report, Sales Reports,Varinace, Complaints Report Etc.)
-Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
-Develop and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and other data management tools.
2. Operational Support:
-Collaborate with different departments to understand their operational needs and provide support as required.
-Monitor and assess operational processes to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies (.i.e.,
track The Orders or Cancellations on POS)
-Propose and implement process improvements and workflow enhancements.
3. Compliance and Quality Assurance:
-Implement quality assurance measures to maintain data accuracy and consistency.
-Ensure that compliances are followed across each city and store as per set process in ERP
4. Communication and Coordination:
-Communicate effectively with internal teams regarding operational matters.
5. Problem Solving:
-Identify operational challenges and proactively find solutions to address them.
- Respond to operational issues and emergencies in a timely and effective manner.
Skills and Preferred Qualifications and Experience:-
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant degree in data management
• Experience of at least 1-3 years
• Experience with an Ice Cream processing facility will be given preferences
• Must have hands-on excellent experience in Excel and Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent decision-making abilities
• Ability to oversee multiple projects at once
• Excellent practical knowledge of MIS tools, programs, and ideas like ERP, CRM, ERP, etc.
• Excellent diagnostic abilities and meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work in shifts as required to support schedules and special events
