Job Description
An Australia Based MNC " Shipping & Logistics - SCM" based company located at Chennai - Egmore is in need of MIS Specialist with 3 to 5 years of experience:
Logistics - SCM Operation-based MIS Experience would be added advantage :
Ø Preparing and circulating daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Ø Extract existing data to calculate/format into presentable reports, charts, and graphs.
Ø Extract and analyze data from various sources from applications for the creation of the report
Ø Innovative thinker with the ability to drive change and effectiveness through automation and process excellence. Ability to work well independently, be self-motivated and multi-task while achieving expectations
Qualification & Experience
• 3-5 years experience in preparing reports in excel (preferably in the logistics/shipping domain).
• Sound Knowledge of MS Excel (Advance Excel, Vlookup, Pivot table, conditional formatting, Data Validation, etc) MIS reporting, sound knowledge of MS PowerPoint.
• Writing VB macro in excel/Microsoft access application will be added advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in any domain.
