Position Overview: Job Overview: Looking for an MIS Expert to join our MIS team in the CEO’s Office. You will be responsible for creating reports, automating reports via scripts, and creating internal systems and forms. To do well in this role you need a very fine eye for detail, ability, and enthusiasm for MS Excel / Google Sheets Responsibilities and Duties: • Develop, maintain, and update various MIS reports and dashboards to provide insights into inventory status, business performance and trends. • Gather, consolidate, and validate data from different sources to ensure accuracy and completeness in inventory management. • Create and execute complex formulas and functions in Excel to analyze inventory data effectively. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand inventory data requirements and deliver timely and accurate reports. • Monitor inventory levels, analyze stock movement, and provide recommendations for optimizing inventory turnover. • Generate ad-hoc reports and analysis as required to support inventory-related business initiatives. • Identify areas for process improvement in inventory management and propose solutions to enhance efficiency. • Perform data cleansing and validation to ensure data integrity in inventory-related reports. • Interpret and present inventory-related data findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Qualifications: • 1. 6 months to 2 years’ experience in MIS, or data analytics • 2. Minimum 6 months’ experience working with FMS systems is a plus. • 3. Exceptional Advanced Excel Skills is a must. • 4. Proficiency in creating dashboards.
