Job Description
The person will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and analysing marketing‑related data to support day‑to‑day marketing operations and reporting requirements. The role involves handling multiple data sheets and trackers, coordinating marketing material dispatches & deliveries, managing Purchase Orders and bill submissions through internal systems, and ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and timely generation of reports for various internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports, dashboards, and performance trackers for management and the marketing department, ensuring data accuracy, validation, reconciliation, and timely delivery.
• Manage and analyse large marketing-related datasets, maintain Excel-based trackers/databases, and generate insights, trends, and observations for reporting managers.
• Coordinate with branches, regional marketing teams, HO, and cross‑functional stakeholders for data collection, clarification, reporting requirements, and MIS process improvements in line with SOPs.
• Manage and track dispatches of marketing and promotional materials across locations in coordination with the dispatch/logistics team.
• Handle end‑to‑end management of departmental Purchase Orders (POs) and vendor bills, including creation, tracking, submission, approvals, payment status, and MIS reporting through internal software systems.
Required Skills & Competencies
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Power Query, formulas, charts) & MS PowerPoint.
• Good understanding of data reporting.
• Basic knowledge of NBFC / Finance / Banking operations preferred.
• Ability to handle large volumes of data accurately.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
Educational Qualification
• Graduate in Commerce, Management, Statistics, Computers, or related field.
• Post-graduation or certification in data/analytics will be an added advantage.
Experience
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in MIS or data management.
• Experience in NBFC / Financial Services / Banking will be preferred.
