Job Description -
• Responsible for the creation and management of Management information system(MIS)
• Timeliness and accuracy in preparation of MIS as required by lenders
• Timeliness and accuracy in preparation reports and information as required by regulatory authorities.
• Timeliness and accuracy in preparation of monthly quarterly six monthly and annual P&L and cash flow of all the projects.
• Preparation of the project budgets after deliberations with all the departments.
• Preparation and critically analyzing variance between budgeted and actual.
• Preparation of variance analysis of monthly Sales target and reason for the same.
• Preparation of various other reports to better understand the business elements of the ongoing projects.
