We are seeking an experienced MIS Executive to ensure that the information systems are functioning optimally and that they support the needs of the organization and also Planning, developing, and implement new MIS systems and processes to support the business objectives of the organization.
Experience
5 to 7 Years in a reputed Pharmaceutical Organization
Working experience in phython, data visualization tools like Power BI (Power BI desktop and dotcom) or Tableau.
Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel functionalities.
Good to have : SQL, Python
Roles and Responsibilities.
• Manage MIS system, preparation of cross functional reports and dashboards based on analytics.
• Ability to collate data from multiple sources and generate various types of reports/ad-hoc reports/dashboards.
• Automating manual efforts by developing Macros / Web crawlers using SQL and Advanced MS Excel for Process improvements.
• Do predictive analytics.
• Analyse and compare the same data-set at different time intervals, and one data-set with another data-set and establish cause-and-effect relationships.
• Maintain documentation and perform routine systems administration activities. Develop processes and procedures to ensure the security and integrity of data.
• Managing and maintaining the existing MIS systems, databases.
