Hello,
We are looking for a MIS Executive who can work as a Production MIS Executive.
Below are the roles & responsibility:
• DPR
• Weekly updating of planned vs actual qty of cutting, stitching, finishing / packing and shipping.
• Weekly updating of sales, cost and CMTP plan vs actual.
• Monthly production and shipment closing report with final cost and CMTP.
• Making packing lists / invoices for the shipments.
• Coordination with finishing and QA team for the shipments as per plan.
• Coordination with merchants and logistic for documentation process.
• Coordination with courier vendors / transport agents for pickup of shipments.
• Negotiation and finalization of pcs rate for cutting, stitching and (if any) in finishing with vendors.
• Inform (to merchant) and close the pcs rate if any extra process is being added with any style.
• Managing cash disbursement for food allowance / cash payment.
• Preparing salary / wages for pcs rate workers in cutting, stitching and (if any) in finishing with all styles detail and handover to HR for their further action.
• Checking, verifying and closing the bills of all job works (inside or outside) for factory.
• Arranging manpower for daily wages (casual workers), pcs rate in finishing (if require).
Salary: 23-28K
