Job Location: Baner, Pune
Shift: US Shift: : 08:30PM to 05:30AM
Job Description:
• End-to-End resume database management on JobDiva
• Generate Key recruiting insights using the ATS
• Promote smooth collaboration between various stakeholders & teams
• Work with senior leadership team to Create & manage both standard and customized MIS reports through JobDiva
• Keep self updated with latest changes/enhancements in JobDiva
• Conduct training for users on latest JobDiva updates
• Manage client contracts using JobDiva
• Manage on boarding/off boarding using JobDiva.
Requirements
• At least 3-4 years experience in the US IT Staffing industry
• Min 1-2 years experience in a similar ATS co-ordinator role preferred
• Good analytical skills
• Passion for Data & MIS reporting
