We’re currently hiring:
Assistant Venue Managers
Duty Managers
Supervisors (casual opportunities)
About the Roles
Working closely with the venue leadership team, you’ll help oversee daily operations while delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Responsibilities may include:
Leading and supporting teams on shift
Delivering outstanding customer service
Operational compliance
Cash handling and operational procedures
Training and mentoring team members
Maintaining high venue standards
Supporting the successful opening and ongoing operations of the venue
About You
You’ll ideally have:
Previous hospitality leadership experience
A hands-on and team-focused approach
Strong communication and leadership skills
Gaming and liquor compliance knowledge
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Passion for hospitality and team development
What’s on Offer
Salary packages starting from $76K+ depending on role and experience
KPI Bonus of up to $5,000 for AVM roles
