Job Title: Management Representative
Location: Pune, Maharashtra

MOTM Technologies is a Sales & Marketing partner for Engineering Industries, serving
more than 140 unique clients from various engineering verticals. The company is driven
by ethics, morals, and commitment to driving success for their clients. They undertake
essential activities of Sales & Marketing fraction such as Market Research, Tele-sales,
E-mail Marketing, Field Sales, ABM (Account Based Marketing), and Digital Marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for all management system audits (internal and external).
Develop, implement, and maintain ISO and other relevant quality and environmental management systems.
Coordinate and conduct management review meetings and follow-up on agreed action items.
Ensure that all organizational processes meet regulatory and customer requirements.
Drive continuous improvement and corrective/preventive actions across departments.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for quality, safety, and process effectiveness.
Train and guide internal teams on standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices.
Maintain documentation and records as per compliance and certification norms.
Liaise with external auditors, consultants, and certification bodies as required.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, and ENTC.
Proven experience (1 years) in a Management Representative or Quality Management role.
Excellent communication, documentation, and reporting skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Proficient in MS Office and quality management tools.
