Consultant - Tech/Software Development
As a Software Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing innovative software solutions that meet our clients' needs. This role requires strong full-stack development skills, experience with C#, Java, and JavaScript, and a passion for problem-solving and collaboration.

Consultant - Tech/Data and Analytics
Our Data Analytics Consultants bring data-driven insights to life. You will work on advanced analytics projects, including machine learning, simulation, and data storytelling, to deliver impactful business solutions for our clients. Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and PowerBI is highly desirable.
Key Skills:
Strong data analysis and modelling capabilities.
Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and data visualization tools.
Ability to communicate complex insights clearly and concisely.
Consultant - Management/Business
As a Management Consultant, you will deliver strategic business solutions and help drive growth for our clients. Your role involves data analysis, problem-solving, and delivering high-impact recommendations. A background in Data Science, Engineering, or Finance is preferred, with a focus on strategic thinking and communication.
Key Skills:
Strong strategic thinking and project management abilities.
Excellent problem-solving and data analysis skills.
Proficiency in tools like Excel, Python, and data visualisation platforms.

Application Process
This application process consists of two phases: online test/video questions and interviews.
Online test
The test comprises questions that follow the GMAT format, which requires critical reasoning, logical analysis, and business case questions.
Tech/Software Development candidates: coding interpretation and debugging may also be required during a test section.
Tech/Data and Analytics candidates: given the Data Science focus of this position, code interpretation and quick coding questions may be asked (Python, SQL and related languages knowledge required).
Video Questions
Visagio may ask candidates to upload a video answering pre-determined questions as a part of the online test. Videos are reviewed alongside your resume and university transcript as a part of our screening process.
Online / In-person interviews
Successful applicants will each be interviewed for 50 minutes by Visagio partners and consultants. Approved candidates typically start soon after the recruitment process is finished.
TIP: Good communication skills help you stand out and share your ideas clearly with interviewers. Demonstrating an interest in the company and understanding our core values will also put you a step ahead.
