We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Management Trainee to join our HR team. This role is ideal for freshers or early-career professionals who want hands-on exposure across various HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
Support onboarding and induction activities for new hires
Maintain employee records and HR databases
Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and events
Assist in payroll inputs and attendance tracking
Support performance management and training activities
Handle employee queries and provide basic HR support
Prepare HR reports and documentation
Eligibility Criteria
MBA in HR / PGDM in HR / Diploma in HR
0–1 year of experience (freshers can apply)
Basic understanding of HR functions and labor laws
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
