Summary
We are looking for a motivated, self-organized and enthusiastic Management Trainee to join our team and help us to develop and implement our growth strategies. As a Management Trainee, you will be responsible for the development, implementation and management of all aspects of our business, including the development and execution of sales strategies, HR operations, marketing plans, ERP Implementations, our solutions, and services. As a Management trainee, you will undergo training that will enable you to advance to management positions in the departments like Sales, Operations, Customer Relations or HR within Emipro. You will work closely with our Executives & Managers, learning techniques and gaining the knowledge required to successfully run Emipro and its day to day business operations very smoothly.
Job ResponsibilitiesAnalyze, oversee and understand how Emipro operates its day-to-day business operations such as Marketing, Sales, HR or Customer Relations.Contribute to strategic planning and help evaluate performance of various departments and its operations.Supporting our executives and managers with various tasks such as updating policies, SOPs, email campaigns, user manuals, whitepapers, infographics, process flows, performance goals, progress charts etc.Provide administrative assistance to Managers like data entry in our internal ERP system.Research and Analysis on how we can increase operational efficiency in our already established processes in Sales, Marketing or HR departments. Present and suggest scope of improvements with lower risk and maximum ROI to respective department heads and managers.Identify trends and then develop proactive or remedial recommendations to relevant authority based on the information gathered from various departments of Emipro.Study “As-is” business processes of various departments and present the possible “To-be” improvisations in the business processes to department heads.Write and prepare user-manual for our various products and solutions.
