Position: B2B IT Sales
Role:
• Understanding company vision, mission, offerings, people and processes
• Creating a business plan and roadmap for your customers
• Grow and manage business from multiple key accounts – meet yearly targets
• Manage relationships with client CXO, VPs and suggest suitable Quality Kiosk solutions for their businesses
• Handle the complete sales cycle from Lead generation to closure of deals within your account
• Owning customer success and delegating work to different teams (Delivery, HR, Marketing, Alliances, Finance, etc)
• Project review meetings with customer and taking constant feedback
• Timely communication of account status to internal management
• Seeking support from senior management whenever there is a risk to be managed or a larger opportunity to be addressed
• Ensuring customer advocacy within a span of 2-3 years

Location:
• Year 1 – Mumbai or Bangalore
• Year 2 onwards candidates can be considered for Middle East, South East Asia or USA
Things to Note:
• The role entails intra-city travel almost daily and inter-city travel if customer is based outside base location. Hence one would also have to manage work on the move
• As a part of orientation, Quality Kiosk will be putting the Management Trainees through different roles in Year 1 for better understanding the company
