Join the Founder's Team at Enigma as a Management Trainee - Growth & Marketing, where you will play a crucial role in driving our sales outreach, marketing & growth initiatives. This position is designed for someone passionate about the digital marketing realm, has an entrepreneurial mindset, is eager to gain hands-on experience in growth strategies, and ready to contribute to the overall growth of our business.
Key Responsibilities
Sales and Outreach Initiatives:
- Execute targeted LinkedIn outreach campaigns to connect with potential clients and partners.
- Develop and implement effective cold email outreach strategies to generate leads and build partnerships.
Marketing & Administration:
- Manage our social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, etc.) by curating engaging and relevant content.
- Support the hiring process by participating in candidate sourcing, screening, and onboarding activities.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives aimed at driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.
- Assist the founder with day-to-day activities that relate to the growth of the business, including administrative tasks and marketing project management.
Qualifications
· Recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create tailored content for SEO and outreach purposes.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
· Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
· An outgoing personality with a creative mindset and a keen interest in UI UX, Web Design and Digital Marketing.
· Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
