CMS Info Systems Limited, a publicly listed top 1000 company on BSE/NSE, is inviting applications for the position of Management Trainee in the CS & Legal team for a period of 21 months (as per the revised ICSI training structure).
Role Overview:
The selected trainee will gain hands-on experience in key areas such as:
a. Corporate compliances
b. Coordination of Board and Shareholders’ meetings
c. Drafting, legal review, and document vetting
d. And other allied secretarial functions
Eligibility Criteria:
a. Candidates who have cleared the Executive level of the CS course
b. Strong command of written and spoken English
Stipend:
a. ₹15,000 per month for Executive level cleared candidates
b. ₹20,000 per month for Professional level cleared candidates
Location: Goregaon, Mumbai
Working Days: Monday to Friday
