Main Responsibilities:
- Supervising Promotional Events: Ensure smooth event operations, uphold professional conduct, and meet client standards.
- Presentations and Demonstrations: Confidently and enthusiastically present and demonstrate the client's products and services, aiming to boost market share and brand awareness.
- Building Business Relationships: Increase client revenue by nurturing long-lasting relationships with quality customers.
- Continuous Learning: Participate in coaching sessions, and seminars on product development, and stay updated on portfolio changes.
- Training and Supervision: Assist in training new team members, supervise their progress and ensure efficient sales administration.
- Business Understanding: Gain insight into various business elements through group meetings and one-on-one coaching.
- Meeting Targets: Strive to achieve both performance and training targets, as our main focus is personal growth and team development.
