Management Trainee Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing and Screening: Identify and attract potential candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks.

• Candidate Assessment: Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability and fit for the role.

• Hiring Coordination: Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers to ensure a smooth hiring process.

• Candidate Database Management: Develop and maintain a database of potential candidates to facilitate future hiring needs.

• Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with candidates and hiring managers.

• Problem-Solving and Adaptability: Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to navigate the fast-paced and dynamic recruitment environment.

• Basic Knowledge of Recruitment Processes: Have a solid understanding of recruitment processes and procedures to efficiently manage the hiring process.
