Management Trainee Real Estate
About the job:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & pre-sales process exposure: Assist senior executives in lead handling, follow-ups, and client interactions to understand the full real estate sales funnel- from inquiry to closure.
2. Client interaction support: Shadow BDEs during in-office client presentations, site visit scheduling, and closure meetings to gain practical communication and persuasion experience.
3. CRM & data entry learning: Learn to maintain accurate lead data, follow-up notes, and status updates on CRM tools like Anarock, Salesforce, or Runo.
4. Inventory knowledge building: Study ongoing real estate projects, pricing structures, layouts, amenities, builder credibility, and payment schemes to support live pitches when needed.
5. Coordination with cross-functional teams: Coordinate with marketing, admin, legal, and site teams under supervision to understand documentation flow, lead assignment, and client query resolution.
6. Support during site visits: Assist in planning and managing client site visits, including confirming appointments, preparing site documents, and ensuring smooth handoffs.
7. Client calling & follow-up practice: Begin handling warm and follow-up calls to nurture inactive leads, under supervision, with real-time feedback from managers.
8. Presentation & pitch training: Participate in internal pitch rehearsals, script training, and roleplays to enhance client-facing confidence and product clarity.
