• Basic Banking Know-How
• Analytical Skills, interpersonal and communication skills, Well versed with English and local Language, Knowledge of Computer, good in excel and PPT

Job Responsibilities:
Financial & Non-Financial Responsibilities:
• To assess the customer profile, collect necessary documentation and recommend customers to credit buyers for approval.
• To regulate GNPA % as per Budget, NCL % as per plan
• To manage Self-funded book from Liability relationship of existing customers, No of Enterprise Salary Mandate
• To ensure Adoption of Corporate Internet Banking and Retail Internet Banking platforms by customers
• To ensure Timely Renewal & Critical PDD >+0 Days
• To do PSL Classification
• To ensure compliance as per regulatory standards and internal audit
• To ensure adequate Manpower availability
• To ensure team Productivity
Compliance & Risk Responsibilities
• Responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance and guidelines and satisfactory internal audit. Adherence to the defined set of control of the Bank
• Showing and presenting all information collected for any case in healthy and clear terms, not to present any information related to customer, property, credit check, reference etc. about any customer while presenting the case of profile in visiting or appraising the case
