A MANAGEMENT TRAINEE is responsible for developing and implementing business strategies that help SMEs grow and become successful. This person is responsible for conducting market research, identifying new business opportunities, and working with SME owners to create customized plans for their businesses.

Success in this role can be measured by the number of successful business strategies that are implemented, increased revenue and profitability for the SMEs, and high levels of customer satisfaction.

The MANAGEMENT TRAINEE role fits into the organization overall by working closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure that the company is able to reach its target audience and that its offerings meet the needs of SMEs. The role also requires collaboration with other departments such as finance and operations to ensure the successful implementation of business strategies. This position is crucial for the growth and success of the organization's SME business segment.

This position will undergo 3 months training and 3 months of probation. Once confirmed you will be designated as BUSINESS STRATEGIST.

Responsibilities
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
• Work with SME owners to understand their business goals and needs
• Develop and implement customized business strategies for SMEs
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure that the company's offerings meet the needs of SMEs
• Work with other departments such as finance and operations to ensure the successful implementation of business strategies
• Monitor the performance of SME businesses to ensure that strategies are working as intended
• Provide support and guidance to SME owners to help them grow their businesses
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies that could impact SME businesses
• Continuously evaluate and improve existing business strategies to ensure their continued effectiveness.

Qualifications

Skills:
• Strategic thinking and planning

• Financial analysis and management
• Customer insights and segmentation

• Communication and presentation skills
• Problem solving and decision making

Education:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field
• Inter CA with 2-3 years if experience

Experience:
• Experience in strategic planning, business development, or management consulting
• Experience in industries relevant to the SME market
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful business strategies

Certifications:
• Professional certifications such as Certified Management Consultant (CMC), Project Management Professional (PMP), or Six Sigma Black Belt
