Job Duties & Key Responsibilities
• Duties and Responsibilities -
• Responsibility to Lead FD MF & Insurance business through Bajaj Finserv App
• Business deliverables will be to generate targeted FD MF & Insurance business from existing products and new products
• High engagement with business team to ensure business conversion tracking target setting alignment milestone tracking highlighting issues
• Engagement with Data Science team to ensure right set of data availability for campaigns building and tracking of dashboards/funnel to drive conversion
• Engagement with COE/Product team for giving inputs on issues in customer journey journey improvement new functionality development product improvement inputs building tech KPI's
• Leverage digital journey to improve business funnel and reduce drop-offs
• MBA from a reputed institute with a minimum 10+ years of experience.
• Demonstrated success & achievement orientation.
• Strong bias for action & driving results in a high performance environment.
• Should have excellent communication skills along with strong presentation and data analytics skills.
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills.
• Exceptionally high motivation levels and needs to be a self-starter.
• Strong analytical skills.
