Job Description
JOB Purpose :
This role is responsible for conceptualizing the syndication strategy, identifying revenue generating levers for the debt syndication business which involves syndication of new and expansion projects, long- term and short-term debt by designing, financing, and implementing structured products.

1. Anchor the end-to-end process of origination, structure, negotiate & execute transactions across loans / structured debt / distressed debt / securitization transactions.
2. Relationship building and networking to develop association with key resources at Banks, Mutual Funds, NBFC's, other active market players for execution of Syndication deals.
3. Maximize fee-based revenue through origination process.
4. Should be able to handle/ supervise Syndication, Project Finance advisory, Refinancing, Restructuring, Financial Appraisal, Project Appraisal, Due Diligence Mandates independently from formulation of a proposal till the credit approval of the same and documentation.
5. Engage with the Risk and Credit teams for the proper evaluation of creditworthiness of borrowers, structural soundness, economic and financial feasibility of the transactions from the perspective of lenders / institutional investors participating in the respective proposal.
6. Manage and facilitate end to end communication though diverse avenues (teasers, pitch books, information memorandum, management presentations, financial models, and other deal related presentations & notes).
7. Should have a well-rounded understanding & knowledge of accounting - financial modelling, ability to do thorough analysis of financial statements for risk assessments from lending perspective, evaluation of business model and other aspects for credit facilities, preparation of CMA data/ projections and project reports/ IMs.
8. Ensure adherence to the structured Risk management processes and Regulatory guidelines. Thorough knowledge of RBI guidelines, credit policy framework, ECB, provisioning, resolution of stressed assets etc.

10.Ability to multi-task, communicate with levels of management, develop team/s and work in a fast-paced environment in a time-bound manner, ability to work in cross-functional teams.
