Designation – Manager
Job Description:
Overseeing the daily activities of the accounting department
Oversee the accounting, monthly and year end close process. Ensuring that all accounting processes align with GAAP and current financial legislation.
Prepare and oversight of monthly and annual financial statements.
Coordinating with external auditors to get the year end audits completed.
Review of journal entries, accruals, provision, amortizations, and BS reconciliation.
Ensuring all operational transactions are properly captured in the accounting and ensuring whether the proper process is followed.
Key contributor in Income tax, GST, Transfer pricing compliance including preparation/review of deliverables, liaise with the consultant and ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual compliances are done
Treasury management - Regular review of investment of spare funds to ensure effective utilisation of funds including keeping track of interest rates to maximize the interest revenue.
Maintaining Close coordination with banks and financial institutions for smooth operations of the Treasury function.
Participate and lead accounting projects as needed.
Ensuring smooth flow of data and information from business to Finance and vice versa.
This position will support the Management in all aspects of financial accounting, reporting systems, procedures, and the policies.
Qualification:
The Successful Finance Manager Candidate:
Chartered Accountant- Having a minimum experience of 3-5 years of experience in preparation of both Accounting and management and statuary accounts and Taxation.
Have led a team size of at least 3-5 FTEs in current or previous stint
Preferred candidate with a prior Real estate / hospitality background
Preferred candidate with consultancy experience of 1-2 years in any Big 4 firm
Exposure to INDAS
Strong Knowledge of Tally
Good Communication Skills

Salary: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
