Broad Areas Description Account & Reporting · Monitor bookkeeping process to ensure timely and accurate completion of accounts as per accounting standards and accounting policies of the company and ensure appropriate disclosure · Review and approve all forms of accounting (managerial, financial, general, cost, tax, derivatives & financial instruments, fixed asset etc.) on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. · Analyze, generate, and consolidate financial information and be responsible for preparation quarterly and annual financial reports; periodically (monthly) provide stakeholders and decision makers with relevant data aiding decision making and compliance reporting · Co-ordinate with Internal & External auditors for review · Ensure reconciliation of ledgers in a timely & accurate manner · Monthly Book Closure · Statutory & Internal Audit Tax Compliance · Periodic all Tax Compliances & Adherence to Compliance calendar · Advance Tax & Refunds · Regular meetings with Commercial teams Management Reporting · Capex and Opex Allocation · Budgeting and Budget reporting procedures · Ensure MIS for the requirement of the management & its shareholders Financial Controlling · Ensure compliance with statutory requirements · Effective financial controls Drive Performance · Drive compliance of all F&A policies and guidelines · Risk identification and establish Internal finance control over processes · Prepare reports for Key issues and monitor it regularly Stakeholder Management · Business compliances · Review of financials · Regular Meetings with; Relevant Stake Holders Review Meeting · Schedule monthly review meetings to review various Processes & to resolve various queries with Site Project/ Biz Development Team
