Job description
• Manage and oversee the daily operations of Accounts and finance department including month end process, AP, AR, GL and Reporting.
• Handling Payroll processing and staff reimbursements.
• Excellent knowledge of Tally and ability to extract reports and monitor the overall accounting in Tally.
• Excellent knowledge and hands on skills in Excel. Good communication skills.
• Preparation of Financial statements as per IND AS.
• Preparation of Monthly MIS and Deck for Board Meetings.
• MCA Filings, TDS, GST, Income Tax, PF, ESI, PT and Other labor compliances as per Karnataka Shop and Establishment.
• Process set up for the various activities across Organisation.
• Preparation of Financial Model, Business plan.
• Monitoring of Inventory Management.
• Handling Statutory audits, Tax Audit, Stock Audit and Special audits.
• Costing of finished goods, WIP and Raw material.
• Preparation of Budget and Forecast.
• Continuous Guidance to the Team members and Team Management.
• Qualification Chartered Accountant with experience in accounting and auditing
