Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chartered Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in the Healthcare sector. The role involves managing financial reports and tax filings, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing strategic financial guidance to our management team.
Key Responsibilities:
Finance & Accounts (F&A):
• Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Support in accounts finalization, GL scrutiny, and reconciliations.
• Monitor receivables, payables, and assist in cash flow management.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.).
• Work with auditors during statutory, tax, and internal audits.
Costing:
• Assist in product costing, variance analysis, and cost control measures.
• Support in preparation of standard costing and cost sheets.
• Analyze manufacturing overheads, material consumption, and efficiency.
• Help in preparation of MIS reports related to costing and profitability.
• Coordinate with production and operations teams for cost optimization.
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):
• Assist in preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and rolling plans.
• Conduct variance analysis between actuals vs. budgets/forecasts.
• Develop MIS reports and dashboards for management review.
• Provide financial insights on revenue, costs, and profitability.
• Support in preparation of business cases, investment appraisals, and scenario analysis.
Skills and Qualifications:
● Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
● Proven experience in financial reporting, taxation, and audit.
● Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
● Problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach to working
● Good knowledge of Ind AS and IFRS
● Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems; experience with Tally ERP is a plus.
● Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
