Job Description
ONLY Graduate or postgraduate in Commerce or accounts with minimum 3 yrs of experience working in ERP need to apply.Candidates age as on date should not be more than 40 yrs.
Key responsibilities:
1. Maintain financial reporting and general ledger structure
2. Ensure accurate and timely closing of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
3. Confirm financial status by monitoring revenue, expenses & scrutiny of all types of ledgers
4. Maintain accounting controls across a chart of accounts; accounting policies & procedures
5. Prepare regular financial statements e.g. balance sheet, P&L, budget, investor & bank details
6. Ensure cost control, effective working capital & investment management
7. Responsible for audit, taxation, and statutory compliance
8. Negotiate & co-approve key decisions related to margins & spends in line with budget
+. Coordinate with banks & financial institutions regarding monthly & quarterly bank compliances
10. Responsible for accounts payables & receivables, monitoring revenue, expenses & cash flows bills/receipts entry, ledger reconciliation, and collection/payment follow-up
11. Meet financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, & initiating corrective actions
12. Accomplish internal team talent development objectives by recruiting, training, counseling, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures
Requirements:

3. Ability to multi-task with strong stakeholder management & communication skills
4. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, negotiation & decision-making skills
5. 3+ years of relevant experience in e-commerce, supply chain or manufacturing, or FMCG companies and have exposure to work in ERP.
6. Graduate or postgraduate in Commerce or accounts is MUST.
