Manager Accounts

1. The candidate with an experience in Accounting in Real Estate Industry will be given preference.

2. The candidate must be experienced and must have day to day accounting knowledge should be competent in finalising the accounts.

3. The candidate must have adequate experience and knowledge on various investment options (including mutual funds) with regard to investment of surplus fund both long term and short term in nature. This would include maximization of yield in relevant categories.

4. The candidate must have adequate knowledge and experience in preparation CMA Data, Project Report, Presentation of company’s financials for availing financial assistance through various agencies.

5. The candidate must have good communication skills ignorer to co-ordinate the work with auditors and file the taxes timely.

This is also to be noted that the candidate must be very comfortable in using MS Word, advanced Excel and PowerPoint.

Qualification:

CA or CA Inter

Experience:

Upto 8 yrs of experience

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
