Job Description
New Delivery Partner (DP) Activation -
• Own KPIs for new delivery partner activation and engagement i.e. 1st order reliability and 30th order reliability
• Assist in designing the core value proposition which needs to be offered to new DPs focusing on aspects of simplicity and meeting earning expectations & new DE motivations.
• Closely working with product counterpart to rollout product changes/revamp in new DP onboarding and activation cycle
• Designing marketing and communication journeys for new DP engagement during the activation lifecycle
• New DP payout design including efficacy of bonus and simple & easy to understand payout structures like flat pay/DIs etc for the 1st 2 weeks
• New DP experience design during the 1st 2 weeks i.e. in-app experience, support experience, penalty & governance experience
• Owning the entire execution across all the above steps
• Identifying more problem areas in this activation journey which can be solved for in future quarters
Rejoiner (Dormant DP) Activation -
We are building a similar work stream for rejoiners. A large part of our hiring has now shifted towards rejoiners and their attrition is higher than new DPs. Core responsibilities -
• Identifying core problem areas in rejoiner activation by understanding DP motivation and earning expectations
• Redesign value proposition for dormant DPs so that they remain engaged in the platform once they transact
• Replicating relevant steps from New DP activation (above) and executing them end to end
New DP Fraud Control & Management -
A large part of new DP activation will also be driven by quality of hiring. So the Activation team will also be a checker for the SnO team so that the quality of hiring is significantly improved. Quality of hiring can include demographic indicators or as simple as controlling fraudulent DPs.
The initial focus area will be to minimize new DP impersonation and fraud by working closely with TnS team to identify loopholes in the system and plugging them effectively.
