Qualifications
4-6 years of digital advertising sales experience or similar work history
Excels at selling new-to-market products and services
Advanced presentation, negotiation and communication skills
Strong analytic and problem-solving skills (with a can-do attitude!)
Goal driven and ambitious self-starter with ability to deliver on targets without constant supervision
Deep understanding of the online media industry and / or travel in relation to your function, as well as more broadly

This candidate will work closely with the Commercial team to drive results and can thrive in a fast paced, data-driven environment
Responsible for all aspects of the sales pipeline across our tourism board, supplier, and OTA partnerships
Build strategic proposals, media plans and presentations for your advertisers based on their campaign goals and measurement objectives
Close new business by aggressively working with prospective advertisers
Actively utilize cold emailing / calling and social selling tactics
Conduct in person meetings (when thats a thing again!)
Perform in-depth data analysis to form and deliver practical recommendations for both your advertisers and internal teams
Collaborate closely with account management to actively monitor performance and maintain consultative relationships with clients that include ongoing optimization recommendations
Effectively communicate progress of campaigns to clients and internal partners
Work cross-functionally with internal partners to develop new ad products and process improvements
Contribute to team strategy and processes to drive long-term partner success

KAYAK is currently seeking a passionate, experienced and self-motivated Ad Sales Manager to join our New Business & Growth Accounts Team.

In this role you will manage some of our largest digital advertising accounts, agency relationships, as well as grow new business partnerships in North America.
