Job Description
As the Manager - Advisor Development & Retention Vertical at Max Life Insurance, you will be responsible for managing a team of 15-30 existing advisors, ensuring month-on-month activation, and retaining assigned advisors. Your role involves driving cross sales and new sales from the team of Advisors, meeting sales plan numbers consistently, and maintaining Sales Quality Standards by upholding Persistency standards. Additionally, you will be involved in training and developing the team of advisors for new product launches or revisions in existing policies, as well as driving advisor attendance in Trainings and GO-meets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of 15-30 existing advisors
- Drive cross sales and new sales from the assigned team of Advisors
- Ensure month-on-month activation of advisors
- Retain assigned advisors
- Maintain and improve Sales Quality Standards by upholding Persistency standards
- Train and develop the team of advisors for new product launches or policy revisions
- Drive advisor attendance in Trainings and GO-meets
Qualifications Required:
- Managerial experience in a similar role
- Experience in driving sales and retention strategies
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of insurance products and distribution channels
- Ability to achieve set sales targets and standards
- Training and development skills for advisor teams
- Familiarity with persistency standards and sales quality measures
