Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and optimize Common Area Maintenance (CAM) calculations for a diverse portfolio of commercial properties
• Conduct both paid and unpaid Technical Audits to assess building systems, infrastructure, and operational efficiency
• Develop and implement strategies to improve building operations and reduce operating costs
• Manage and analyze complex datasets related to property expenses and maintenance
• Provide expert advice on CAM reconciliations, lease abstractions, and expense allocations
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to execute building improvement projects
• Identify and propose new service offerings to support JLL's building operations
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, local regulations, and JLL's best practices
• Mentor junior team members and share technical knowledge across the organization
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Real Estate, or related field; MBA or relevant master's degree preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of CAM calculations, reconciliations, and industry best practices
• Strong understanding of building systems, maintenance practices, and operational efficiency
• Experience with technical audits and building condition assessments
• Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously
Required Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in property management software and financial analysis tools
