Responsible for the growth and performance of Oliveboard's Affiliate marketing initiatives.
Build new partnerships with high potential partners
Monitor, Manage and grow existing affiliate partnerships
Responsible for achieving the key business metrics for all the affiliate channels
Set up deal structures, negotiate and close partnerships
Build a team affiliate marketing executives to manage campaigns and partnerships
Interface with internal marketing teams to ensure
Qualifications/Skill set:
At least 4 years of experience in managing affiliate marketing for a B2C company preferably in the education space
Complete ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company's success
Analytically strong
Critical thinker and the ability to think navigate through ambiguous situations
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
