Job description
To play active role in providing CFO & Transaction Advisory Service to SMEs / Growing Startups in following areas:
• MIS, Costing, Inventory control
• Internal Control and Process set up – IFC & RCM
• Cost Reduction and efficiency improvement through MIS
• Due Diligence Support in PE / Strategic Partner deals
• Expert knowledge of GST, IT, Accounting & BS Finalization
• Knowledge of Export Import Documentation & Benefit
• Advanced Excel Tools
• Commercial Negotiation skills
• ERP Implementation support
Candidate Profile
We are looking for candidate having Minimum 5 yrs plus of Manufacturing Industry Experience with the following capabilities :
• Expert knowledge of Compliance, Finalization (F&A)
• Resolving Inventory issues - recording and reconciliation
• MIS capability with understanding of Business
• Implement Internal Control systems – IFC with RCM
• Implemented Budgeting and Product Costing
• Data Analytics
• Knowledge of working on Integrated ERP (other than Tally)
• Supported Legal and Commercial matters
Skills Required
• Strong communication skills and Solution oriented approach
• Strong leadership skills with ability to execute task independently
• Readiness to work with multiple SME clients
• Recruitment of manpower
Qualifications
• CA (Inter) / CWA or equivalent experience
