Responsibilities:
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
• Manage and execute the financial close process to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
• Perform consolidation of financial data from various departments and entities.
• Assist in the preparation of periodic (monthly, quarterly and annual) MIS & Financials.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.
• Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors to facilitate audits.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on financial analysis.
• Support the implementation and enhancement of financial reporting systems and tools.
Qualifications:
• Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certification is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 3 to 8 years of experience in financial close, auditing, consolidation, and general ledger management.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting standards and regulations.
• Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
